Easy to hook up with the plug and Play, but don't tighten your full radio bolts until you put your ignition switch back in. You may need to move it a little

Had it professionally installed by Harley. Great fit, looks great, but unit has volume issues when plugged into USB. Works like it is supposed to when using Blue-tooth, however. Only thing USB is reliable for is charging. Can’t have unit plugged into USB and have reliable functionality. Discovered AVC won’t function now either. After reading online about my issues, these are all known “gremlins” when installed in my 2013 Ultra Classic. If I knew it truly wasn’t going to be 100% functional for a plug and play, I may not have bought it.

Sent 1 mount when the bike has 2. Who only replaces 1 mount. . unbelievable that you organization can be off the understanding that the 2012 cvo road glide only has 1 front mount. Will never order there again

These guys are amazing. Great customer service they call you back when they say they’re gonna call you back and you can ask 1 million questions and they work with you. They don’t get aggravated. I’ve called him 100 times I’ve literally just spent like $8000 with them and I would buy more if I needed it. Trust me great product great customer service highly recommend recommended to anyone looking for a good stereo system and good customer service we found a place.
