I’ve been an Equal Exchange customer for several years, and continue to be grateful for their product—best coffee ever, but especially grateful for their business ethics.

I love this coffee!!!

I now buy all my coffee and chocolate from Equal Exchange and have been for years now. The products are excellent and the delivery is quick. I really like helping citizen farmers.

Excellent! No reason to hesitate a purchase

Equal Exchange has the best tasting chocolate with the best support of small farmers around the world.

I love Equal Exchange and the whole fair trade ethos. The coffee and tea are excellent along with the other products sold. Better for the planet, better for people.

Delicious products I feel good about buying.

Great product. No better taste or better for you anywhere else!

I love your coffee and your mission. Your work truly changes lives in coffee growing regions, plus it is the best coffee. I can barely stand to buy a cup of coffee from the local coffee shops because it isn't as good as what I can make at home with your coffee.

This is the only chocolate I buy anymore. It’s hard to find high-quality chocolate, plus I really love their 92%, which has such little sugar in it. Recently, I placed my first summer order, and although I didn’t love paying the $10 extra for ice packing, I was pleased that everything arrived un-melted.

I buy equal exchange chocolate. 5 stars for the chocolate, 3 stars for the packaging and shipping. It ships with Fed Ex and gets some rough handling. It could use little more packing material inside to keep the boxes from bumping into each other.

Really good chocolate I have been giving them away and people also have been enjoying them.

Yes as advertised great profile will definitely buy again.

My ordering was quite easy

Ordering was easy and the coffee - delicious!

Enjoyed the chocolate delivered timely.

Your coffees and teas are delicious . Thank You

I received the wrong order and the issue was resolved with a simple email. Great experience. Thank you!

I LOVE Equal Exchange! The products are amazing, the ingredients are high quality, and knowing that the money is directly supporting the farmers is high on my priority list. Ordering is easy, delivery is fast, and nothing was melted thanks to the extra care (and ice packs!) used when ordering in the summer.

Great products Thank You
