Great product. Quick delivery. Thank you. I'm not normally a tea drinker, however, my daughter, who is a tea drinker, suggested I try the Irish Breakfast tea. I'm very happy I did. I'm enjoying a cup of tea every evening now. I'm looking forward to trying some other flavors.

Delivery Driver left heavy box at a far entrance, though we have signs asking deliveries at a specific door. This may not be a problem caused directly by EE, but customer-impacting nonetheless.

Equal Exchange’ olive oils, dates and chocolates are the best. I especially love the very dark chocolate. No need to buy anything else!

The products are always top quality! This time there was a little hiccup with shipping. My fault for assuming would be delivered by either UPS or FedEx and expected to receive at my RI address. Instead the packages got forwarded to FL where I did not want them, but I did finally receive them. So now I have to ship some items back up north as they were intended as Christmas gifts.

I was so pleased to find a way to order directly with Equal Exchange. They have a wonderful spicy hot chocolate, that has been out of stock at my favorite co-op for weeks. I now have a good supply.
