My order arrived quickly and correctly. And the coffee tastes great.

This is the 3rd time I've responded to this request for feedback. Please fix your program! Virginia

We have been enjoying your chocolates and have ordered a few times. However, I believe that your packaging for cooling the shipment is inadequate. Perhaps a faster shipping method and omitting the coolants and insulation would work out better.

A great mission and high quality products

The chocolate is awesome, whichever is chosen. The dried mango is terrific. All of the nuts are incredible. I only wish the pods were still available for the coffee.

Great service. Made it easy to order i liked that i could call on the phone and talk to someone about ordering

I love ordering from Equal Exchange because the products arrive promptly, exactly as I specify. No frills, no excess packaging of earth harming plastics, just good healthily produced, efficiently packaged, and promptly sent. I will continue to order as I need items and I'm spreading the word to my family about your great work!

I love the midnight sun coffee!

Great tasting coffee but would like to get it in smaller packages, 5 pounds will get old before I can use it

Equal exchange is the go to coffee in my house—every morning! If not, it is missed and I become less enthusiastic about my day. Its richly brewed taste makes me a mellow fellow.

We love ordering Equal Exchange products and supporting their vision. The dark chocolate is our favorite!

Equal Exchange makes it easy to help small farmers. Their website breaks down the available food into categories so you can narrow down your choices with no problem. I’m excited to try the walnuts - a brand new item.

Always a pleasure and excellent products

I love shopping with Equal Exchange. I buy coffees, chocolates and dried fruit/nuts. I know I am supporting small growers and ethically grown crops. I urge others to consider this company for high quality products. . . P. S. The big selection at Equal Exchange offers great gifts for the special people in your realm.

I have always had great experiences with Equal Exchange and will continue to support the objectives of EE.

My first order from Equal Exchange was chocolate chips, and I ordered them during the summer with the insulated packaging. They had been sitting on our porch for a few hours before someone noticed them, but they weren't melted at all! Very impressed; I plan to buy all future chocolate chips from here. :) Also, I appreciate that it's one of the few chocolate makers which use both ethical chocolate and sugar. It feels good to buy chocolate that you know gave resources back to the farmers.

Great product. Print shipping I love supporting small farmers

The quality of Equal Exchange products is exceptional! We love the coffee, chocolate, and just tried the walnuts. Everything is great!
