Easy way to buy coffee in bulk. I really like buying directly from Equal Exchange. I’m not happy with the frequency of email ads since I placed my order

I have been using the organic coffee for quite a while and the bittersweet 70% chocolate, which I like because it doesn’t have a lot of garbage in. It always seem to get my product when I need it. .

We have been impressed with the quality and flavor of the coffee we have decided to purchase from Equal Exchange Organic products. The coffee is delicious, smooth and fairly priced compared with other roasters we have used. We also appreciate that the coffee is shipped right away and delivered fast. We also love the idea of supporting small farms.

Easy to find the chocolate I want. Easy to complete the order. Plus, the price is good.

I am rewriting this review giving them 5 stars because customer service corrected my problem. I had ordered 10 pounds of coffee to only receive 2- 4 pound bags. Customer service was polite and said they refund me for the 2 pounds and they will reach out to the distributor. I ordered the French roast and it is really good. I will reorder when I'm out.

Love your dark chocolate - 88% or 92% - both wonderful. Prices are great and seem to be holding steady compared to rising prices at the grocery store. Also like the box of chocolate cooking powder that I got. Good for making cakes or chia seed yogurt pudding with an equal amount of coco powder & chia seeds.

I ordered 10 pounds (2- 5pound bags) of the French Roast and it has a good robust flavor. The reason for a 1 star review is that i weighed the bags and they came out 4 pounds exactly. Customer service is hard to get ahold of. I really hope they can fix this problem not only for me but all customers

Ordered a case of organic cashews. The box was all torn up and looked as if it had been re-taped. Cashews may be all crumbles now when I open the bags. Would have been better if the box of cashew bags had been inside another box for shipping.

All of a sudden, one day I had to stop caffeine. But always accustom of my 2 cup coffee in the morning before I go off on my day did not work for me not having it! So one of my friends recommended this because no other decaf coffee tasted like anything. So I started what she recommended and it was so good the best in the world.
