Lots of recipes to pull from! I like how you can add it to your menu and then add each to a groc list. There are so many, its hard to start somewhere as I am just getting started and need it simplified to get going. I have been working on the "getting started" way long than I should have.

I love the Gold Monthly Membership. I consult it often for recipes to help me stay on the Nutritarian Diet. There is a wonderful database of recipes, complete with calories and nutritional information. And I have love most every one I have tried. I’ve explored some of the other resources as well - Position Papers, Health Concerns. Lots of great and useful information. I’ve lost more than 20 pounds and kept it off in only a few months.
