My mom gave me Eat to Live by Dr. Fuhrman 20 years ago, not long after it came out. Since then Dr. Fuhrman has been my go-to for nutritional advice. I respect how Dr. Fuhrman continually updates his works with new research and adjusts his guidance accordingly, and appreciate that he offers recommendations for "ideal" (nutritarian!) diets as well as adaptations based on individual circumstances and preferences. I've been taking his supplements (including the Women's Daily and Mega EPA) for the last few years, and recently got the G-BOMB bars in lemon which have been great for those days when I’m in a rush. Kind of like the lemon cookies I ate as a kid, but a bit milder & less sweet in flavor, which suits my taste buds these days perfectly. Thanks, Dr. Fuhrman… truly!
