I had the basic plan and really loved all the information, but canceled it after a year. From the very beginning, I knew that the Nutritarian lifestyle was the path that would work for me, but I wasn't ready to commit 100%. I have since done a lot of internal work, and now I am mentally and emotionally capable to commit 100%. As I listen to and read the information, I am picking up helpful tidbits, and it is hitting me differently. I quit wine and coffee the first week. For the last 14 days, I have been a Nutritarian 100% and am getting healthier each day. I enjoyed my first Group Coaching and Happy Hour this past week. I am looking forward to learning from those who are more experienced, as well as the encouragement and accountability they will provide.

The Membership is Excellent and I’m still processing how radically better Nutrition living is compared to Whole Foods plant based and/or Vegan because Dr Joel Fuhrman has created a mindset as well as nutritious choices that are going to heal.
