Increased my walking distance on the very first day! I am trying to work up to walking 6 miles and haven't been able to get past 1/4 mile yet, but it's early and I have time to work my way up. Then I tried the Hydro Biotect and went for my walk. I almost made a 1/2 mile that day! Not only that, but it's common for me to forget my water and I'm parched before reaching home and, again I forgot my water but was not parched by the time I got home. The next day, with Hydro Biotect, I almost walked (remembered water) a mile! So, I'm impressed and very happy. I feel I will get to 6 miles by end of summer now.
