I purchased trees to honor the life and memory of a friend's mother who recently passed away. A letter from Arbor Day Foundation was sent promptly to my friend. to let her know about the trees. My friend and her family expressed their gratitude.

I sent a memorial of 50 trees, and the family loved and appreciated it. Flowers are lovely, but so temporary. Thank you for offering such a wonderful tribute to a very special person.

NIce place to get plants , trees etc . , when they are to be planted . We have a dogwood that was just a sapling when they were planted , and they are still going strong 30 years later . Also a great place to purchase trees in memory of loved ones and having them planted in various forests in their memories .

Over the past several years as we have experienced the loss of dear family, friends or even pets, we have learned how very much appreciated is our donation to Arbor Day to plant trees in a forest of greatest need in memory of their loved one. We often hear how much the remembered person loved the forest. . . and we are always happy to have reminded them of a special memory of the departed. We are grateful to be able to have our announcement sent directly or to print our own card for hand deliver. We hope Arbor Day will always continue this program.

I purchased trees in memory of a family member who had passed. I am unaware the trees were planted and unaware if the family received notification from Arbor Day Foundation. Someone from the foundation will need to reach out to confirm.

Two separate orders for Trees to be planted in memory of my Nephew & Brotherinlaw worked out very well. They both loved the outdoors and camping. It's a good alternative to sending flowers.
