We always order trees for families that have lost loved ones. They seem to be appreciated more than flowers or plants that die. Having a living memorial is more meaningful, I believe. We are grateful that this service is available, since it is something we can afford. We also love the card that is sent to the bereaved family. Very beautiful.

I have bought 2 trees from Arbor Foundation and they are growing well. Their website provides a large selection and a wealth of information on how to plant and care for your selection.

I was very pleased with my purchase of 3 1 gallon size Paw Paw trees. The shipping company wasn’t very gentle with them but they were well packaged and not damaged. I transplanted them into tall pots and all 3 of them are doing well.

NIce place to get plants , trees etc . , when they are to be planted . We have a dogwood that was just a sapling when they were planted , and they are still going strong 30 years later . Over the past several years as we have experienced the loss of dear family, friends or even pets, we have learned how very much appreciated is our donation to Arbor Day to plant trees in a forest of greatest need in memory of their loved one. We often hear how much the remembered person loved the forest. . . and we are always happy to have reminded them of a special memory of the departed. We are grateful to be able to have our announcement sent directly or to print our own card for hand deliver. We hope Arbor Day will always continue this program.

Easy to order and arrived quickly

I purchased trees in memory of a family member who had passed. I am unaware the trees were planted and unaware if the family received notification from Arbor Day Foundation. Someone from the foundation will need to reach out to confirm.
