I purchased the full DNA test from the AKC shop. It arrived in a week took up a week after I sent it back to get notified that it was received, and three more weeks to get the full analysis results. Purchasing the kit was exactly as I was told it would be as far as a timelines except the results were available two weeks earlier than expected. I'm going to purchase another one of these kits for my other dog. This was my first time purchasing it and I couldn't be happier. Given the cost of vet care The cost of this kit is nothing. Yes you may have to wait 5 to 7 weeks to get the results but it is worth the wait. Everything they say in the purchasing process is what actually happens.

Convenient purchase via phone, usps delivery, detailed instructions, QR codes tried to charge us additional $87. No prepaid postage. I had to go buy stamps. I’m anxiously waiting results.

The product itself was sanitary with clear instructions. I would've liked the package to have included postage. We had to pay extra and we paid a lot of money for this kit. My review mainly reflects the lack of communication on AKC site and no updates with the third-party vendor that they used for shipping which was shop. com. We got broken links with 404 errors, no update on when our package would arrive. Four weeks later, it showed up on our doorstep randomly, but otherwise everything else was OK.
