The product i ordered was terrific and the intended recipient has been well received. Inquiries as to status of my order were met with a single automated response about being a small shop. That was the extent of personal interaction since it was ordered on 12/10 and i inquired as why the status was showing "Label created almost from the date of order. No fault of the small shop, only an apparent unwillingness to communicate. Do consider their products - they are what they claim and very good.
