The Customer Service experience in store was amazing! Not a huge fan of the hair being thin and I bought 4 bundles

have previously purchased the Malaysian bundles in store and what I received when ordering online was completely different. Bundles were NOT double wefted and the hair burned while using styling tools as if there was synthetic fibers. I used to rave about the Malaysian bundles but after this experience I will not be purchasing again.

I did not receive my order and the company has been of no assistance. FedEx advised me to have she's happy hair file a report but I was told there was nothing they could do because it was FedEx fault but FedEx told me in order to be refunded or have my order redelivered she's happy hair would need to file a report. I assume since they got their money they don't care that I never received my product, even though they told me they have issues with FedEx all the time. So you continue using a vendor that you know is failing your buyers then you don't do what's needed to make sure the customer gets what they paid for

Did you guys change vendors? The bundles I purchased are significantly thinner than previous bundles I’ve purchased. I also ordered three 22 inch bundles and one of the bundles had layers.

I only had a small bump in the road with picking up the hair.

the best hair I've ever had. I love it. I wand curled it three days ago, and I still have the same clurs in my hair zero shedding blends perfectly with relaxed hair. Will definitely buy this hair again worth the price haven't found any hair like this. I always find my way back to. She's happy hair
