Took forever to ship. Literally had to call to see why the hair wasn’t sent. Then they sent it to the wrong address and it was delayed again. Didn’t make it in time for my appointment and I ordered it three weeks in advance. Do better.

Requested two 14” bundles, one was shorter than the other one.

I am impressed by the quality of this hair. It is soft and the bundles are very full. When I washed it before installing the bundles there was no shedding at all which was a great surprise. Also I bought 3 bundles which is what I usually use but the bundles were so full, my hair dresser didn’t even have to use the full 3, I have a bit extra left. I bought 20,22,24. I am so happy to have found this company.
