Requested two 14” bundles, one was shorter than the other one.

I am impressed by the quality of this hair. It is soft and the bundles are very full. When I washed it before installing the bundles there was no shedding at all which was a great surprise. Also I bought 3 bundles which is what I usually use but the bundles were so full, my hair dresser didn’t even have to use the full 3, I have a bit extra left. I bought 20,22,24. I am so happy to have found this company.

Poor quality hair

I ordered bojo and I received tracks. I called the shop in Arlington TX to see if they had the right, they said yes come to the store for an exchange. I got to the store and there was no one during business hours. There was a paper sign on the window that said go to our Dallas store. I drove to the Dallas store through traffic and when I got there they did not have the right hair. I asked why the website said they had it. She told me non chalantly thats only available on the website not in the store. I think they should clarify what's at the store vs website. I was so disoriented I sat in the parking lot exhausted and cried. I had a wedding coming up and I really didn't want to cancel my install appointment but these people don't care.
