Hair quality is horrible

This is my second time in the last 5 years trying to order Brazilian body wave hair since the first couple of times I bought hair from them about 6-8 years ago. It’s again straight and thin. Quality has definitely gone down and this was the last opportunity I was giving them to redeem themselves. I have moved out of Texas and needed the hair for an event so it’s still sewed in. But I am upset that I spent $400 on this hair only for it to look so cheap like the beauty supply store hair. It even has the shiny brown strands in it. Having old hair from this company and adding it to these new bundles is what saved my look. Curls won’t even stay in because of how straight this hair is. Super disappointed in this hair.

I like the convenience of picking up my hair immediately but the quality of the hair has changed.

The staff was not so friendly nor helpful but I guess if that was the only bundles she had comparable to what I was looking for then she did her job. She didn’t seem to care. She wanted me to make my purchase and leave.

Hair is not full at the ends. I ordered 24 inch bundles and it literally stopped being full at the 18inch mark

The quality of hair has gone down in the last couple years and this last bundle that I bought was terrible. I hate that I now have to find a new supplier after being with this company for almost 10 years.
