I like the fact that they don't inundate you with emails after. Companies that send 2-3 emails a day after one purchase get unsubscribed to. But it's nice when you just get a few reminding you. Their products are sturdy. Their shipping was fast. Good prices. Will buy again when I need to.

I received the shelves and both shelves arrived damaged from shipping. I can see the indentation in the shipping box that corresponds to the damaged locations on each of the shelves. Other than the shipping damage the shelves look very nice!

The shelves are beautiful! We had measured for 3 of the shelves which are installed above each other; but we saw that the swing of the fridge door hits the end of the three; we need to order the three 31.5" shelves at a length of 30.125"

Ordered two Big Boy, white floating shelves in size 17.5 x 9.8. I really needed a shelf depth of 10" & a 2" thick shelf. (It wasn't easy to find.) Shelf & Co. had better variety and colors vs Amazon/Overstock. Very good quality, hardware is included and shipping was quick!

Exactly what I thought it would be!

These shelves look great after you have installed them. The installation instructions are vague and my 36 inch shelves came with two brackets and flimsy drywall anchors. I had two go to Lowes to get proper anchors. The 36 inch shelves should be designed with a long bracket so they could be anchored using two studs in addition to what they give you.
