Great experience as usual. I really appreciate the stock-count information online, it’s easy to know the exact availability of a product (so I don’t end up unknowingly waiting for something that ended up being back ordered like some other retailers). Shipping is pretty quick and usually free!

The glazes I ordered were on sale and shipping was free. They took a little longer to arrive than I would have liked but the tracking system was fine.

I recently placed an order and found it very mis-leading. It said “coil building set” but a true coil is entirely round, not semi-round. I did not realize it wasn’t a complete circle until I received the order and tried to return, completely un-opened and you are charging me so much in unnecessary fees that I am stuck with them and out so much money. I am very frustrated with my experience and it is clear customers are not your priority.

No problem with ordering and receiving was in a good amount of time.

I made my order because I wanted the drawstring bag tie, but when the order arrived the tie wasn’t present or on the invoice. I don’t know whether I failed to order it or someone overlooked it at Sheffield, but I am not prepared to order $50 worth of tools to get it.

I was able to make a change in my order without any issues. I was also pleased with the prompt shipping of my order.

Realy happy with my products. And everything was correct and nothing was broken on its long trip to Norway (Europe).

This tool looks deceptively easy but requires some training time. It works well on larger pieces but is not good for small pieces. It will take some time to get used to, but I expect to use it a good bit.

Communications from sales and shipping was excellent. They were right on top of an issue I had and they corrected it quickly.

My wheel was delayed, no fault of Sheffield, and Missy called me right away to let me know. She kept in contact throughout the process and I appreciated that so much. Wheel is great and so was my experience with Sheffield.
