Sheffield is extremely reliable in regards to shipping in a timely Fashion. Easy to use their website. They communicate well, so you are updated and know just when to expect your purchases. I’ve tried other clay companies and always keep Coming back.

I’m a long time customer of Sheffield. They’ve provided excellent customer service in the past, yet recently I’ve been disappointed. On the rare occasion I call customer service with a question or request, they’ve been unhelpful and almost seem like they don’t care to provide any service at all. As a business owner myself, I am confused why they would put someone on the phone line who is so unwilling to assist.

Sheffield staff are the best! I recently purchased a kiln and experienced many delivery issues NOT caused by Sheffield Pottery. I was so impressed with the competence, professionalism and sincere care I received from John Benedict and all the staff whom I interacted with. The kiln was shipped across the country and issues arose with both the cross country and local shippers. John was responsive to all my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure my kiln arrived without damage and to my satisfaction.
