The online store is easy to use. I only received part of my order and had to call customer service. The service rep handled my problem quickly and easily and the missing order was quickly received. Had my order been originally completed accurately, I would give a “great” rating.

If you live on the west coast or Alaska, be ready to wait a month for it to arrive.
Online store 4/5 - lots of products! But product images need work, as do descriptions. Trying to buy a bamboo brush for example all the pictures are of the same image and the description just says #1 brush or #2 brush, not indicating the size or having a specific image to compare. Customer service 2/5 - they respond to emails but gaslight questions or concerns. It doesn’t seem like everyone is on the same page as far as policy and procedure for orders and shipping. Delivery 1/5- I asked specifically for priority package delivery, said I’d pay more. I was told I’d have the option at checkout, not the case, was told they would email me a separate invoice for priority shipping, not the case. My $200 order wasn’t filled for 1 week, then took 3 weeks to arrive.
