I was willing to accept a small fitment issue because the pattern used was for a slightly different model of 2003 VW New Beetle. However, ShearComfort insisted on replacing the covers with those for the precise car model. Not only did they make all new covers that fit perfectly, but they paid the return shipping cost. First off I'll start by saying I ordered these on sale so I was expecting a " they were on sale so we can't help you" ;not only was this not the case but I got some of the best service I've ever received and got the correct ones pretty swiftly after we had figured out what went wrong in the original order. I ordered these a month or two ago and the ones I originally got, the center console covers were for the same year just a different body style. I emailed them and within the day we were communicating pretty frequently ( our email list ended with over 25+ emails) to make sure the ones I received next were correct and we didn't have the same problem again. After a little bit of time designers figured out what the problem was, had me send my old ones back and send me new ones that fit PERFECTLY and like a glove. You can barely see the seats the fitment is so good. The material feels very nice, comfortable, and looks great. 10/10 seat covers and 11/10 customer service; hands down the best if not the best service I have ever recieved with any online product.

Best quaility I've ever seen but installation is a nightmare for front and back expect atleast a hour and some sore fingers by the time your done also expect atleast 2 month delivery time on these particular covers but the tech team is absolutely outstanding so I highly recommend this compony very quick to respond thank u for everything they are a game changer

I purchased the saddle blanket seat covers for my 2014 Ram 1500 quad cab pickup truck. The quality and fit are superb. It took about two weeks to receive the covers after I ordered them. I was impressed with the speed they were delivered considering that they are custom made. I had one minor issue with the installation that the customer support person cleared up very quickly. I would definitely recommend these.

Bought my first set of Cordura 6 years ago ( Blue inset ). I have worn regular clothes, work coveralls from the field and hunting clothes in the vehicle with Blue inset. A simply wash had them looking almost like new. It was an easy decision to buy the the waterproof Cordura ( Grey Inset ) for my Dodge Ram just 3 weeks ago.
