Good utility but poor finishing

My Experience was OK, but My Custom Embroidered Name is not aligned.

Shipping time was great and it took only a few days to receive the order even though it was a specialized order that had to have the company logo added onto the badge holder.

Personalization, design, artwork team is amazing & the owner John is has a heart of gold!
