this is the second time buying the magnetic ID holder with my name on it great quality work no issues.

Awesome product. Amazing quality and top notch customer service.

Product was perfect and shipped promptly, I would order again.

Great quality and very well designed

The corners of the badge holder were sharp. They ripped my shirt pockets from pulling and putting my badge in my shirt pocket.

I like the quality of the product and I knew what I was getting because a friend has one. The only recommendation I have is the lanyard. If you want to use your own lanyard you’ll need to cut off the one they provide because the clip is permanently attached to the string. (Don’t cut the string just the clip attached to the string) Not a big deal but it’s unnecessary. Most people want to run their own lanyard. I bought for the ID portion which is perfect for my needs !!!

Great design well made and delivered fast

Blown away from the great customer service amd product

I couldn't be happier with my experience ordering ID badges from Shattech. From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. John was my main point of contact throughout the ordering process, and he provided outstanding customer service every step of the way. He was always responsive, helpful, and made sure all of my questions were answered promptly. What really impressed me was John's commitment to customer satisfaction. After my order was completed, he went above and beyond by sending me two additional ID badges completely free of charge—without me having to ask or pay anything extra. That level of generosity and customer care is incredibly rare these days and speaks volumes about both John and Shattech as a company. The quality of the badges exceeded my expectations, the ordering process was straightforward, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. It's clear that Shattech genuinely values its customers and takes pride in delivering a great product backed by outstanding service. I highly recommend Shattech to anyone looking for high-quality ID badges and exceptional customer support. Thank you again to John and the entire Shattech team for making this such a positive experience. I will definitely be a returning customer and won't hesitate to recommend your company to others! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Item description could have been more informative.

Great product and service. This is my second product from them. I messed up the first one after 5 years of every day usage. They make a wonderful dependable product.

Great product. A little pricey though.
