When I quickly realized I ordered a different product than needed and reached out to Shattech, the owner (wow!) responded quickly and I received my order in just that week. That's awesome customer service!

Great product and service! Thank you. .

Great product and even better customer service!

The best badge holders and best customer service.

GREAT !!!!

I'm hard on badge holders because I need to remove my badge often for computer and secure machine access. I've been using the Shattech holders for years. These holders are the only ones that stand up to my abuse and have all the features I need. You can get magnets or snaps to to secure the 2 halves of the holder together. I prefer snaps because of my line of work and mag stripes on some key cards. They securely hold several photo cards, key cards, and even physical keys slid into the back.

Gave these as gifts to a few coworkers and they absolutely love them.

Great product.

This is my 3rd Shattech product and they all served their purpose…really enjoy the product

I love it

Great product

They claim that the new style is better and more durable. But honestly it doesn’t look or feel as so. It’s more flimsy and the stitching on the letters and font just don’t look appealing. The picture they use to demonstrate the IDPAK is NOT what you will be receiving FYI

Very personalized service! Owner called me to verify he had the details correct on my order and to make sure what I ordered was the correct item for my situation! Love my badge holder! It is so convenient and thoughtfully designed to perfectly fit my needs.

Great customer service and excellent quality.
