Your customer service is good and that is King. Pricing and quality are good as well. My only beef is with your promos. You offered a discount on my next purchase so naturally I tried to apply it to an item that was pretty spendy. It was refused and I guess I wasn't surprised as I was trying to apply it to an internet price that was already discounted (but still being undersold by other vendors).

Quick Shipping looked just like it was advertised. When I tried to use it, it left a scalloped looking finish on the chamfer. I went back with my normal tool and it all cleaned up. Have no idea why that would've happened.

1st I will say the shipping company T-Force is terrible. My grinder say on there dock for almost 2 days and no one informed me I could come get it. I had to call them after my date to find out what was going on. Then when I got there they wanted way too much personal info and took a picture of my DL. As soon as I got home with my delivery I got a email telling me to come pick up my package. T-Force sucks. So on to the grinder. It is alright. I had to take most of it apart and clean it. I found a bunch of grim in all the moving parts. It dose what they say it does tho. I had to use some toolroom flat stones on the long tube. There were burs and the roll pin for the collet was sticking up and causing it to bind. Also I have . 025" to . 030" of run out on the diamond wheel. I am sure it's the wheel it's self. I will have to find out what I need to dress the wheel. It is causing the machine to shake. It is the wheel that came with it so meh. I not had time to go through everything yet but I believe it will be alright. There r a bunch of YouTubers that show how to upgrade the machine so you can make it very accurate and smooth.
