I love this company. I would never buy my shears from any other company. The only thing I do wanna complain about is that there is a choice for right handed people to get blue , or pink curved shears and left handed people only get stuck with the basic's. I would totally love a pink left handed curved shear.

I have owned my shark fins for almost 2 years now and I cannot cut with any other shear. These shears are absolutely amazing. They are durable (I do about 20 cuts a day on average) and they are absolutely beautiful. They come with fully customizable ring guard sizes to really fit any fingers. But I am mostly writing this review to praise their customer service representatives. I ordered my second pair of shears a few weeks ago and I loved them but the color wasn’t really my favorite and they were peeling just a little (a problem I have yet to have with my first pair) I sent an email explaining my situation and within 5 minutes I had a representative call me to take care of it. They are so quick with their replies it’s unlike any other customer service I have ever dealt with. I now am currently in possession of a second pair of shears that I absolutely love and I have complete confidence that these shears will last me my entire career. Lifelong customer right here.

As a newer dog groomer I was suggested to sharkfins . I haven't been disappointed my 8" curves have been my main go to shear for everything, they work wonderfully and the swivel has been a blessing. I was a little worried at first but now I'm super happy. I just got another pair of gold line straights and customer service was wonderful too! Thanks so much for wonderful equipment. I'll definitely be returning for more!

My Sharkfin Stainless professional 7” double swivel shear is amazing. I have a Hattori Hanzo Ayako 6.5 double swivel and it is very close in quality but at half the price. If you are looking for a good shear for shear over comb work, this is the one for you. Sharkfin has a great sense of humor — a few band-aids were included. (Also, exceptional customer service!). If you are sitting on the fence, hop off and get a shear.

Jeanie is not just a top of the line service provider, she remembered my name and even called back to tell me my order was in the way. I could be happier specially when I decided to upgrade and with no hassle my upgrade was made and I can’t wait to see what new goodies I get. If you want to test them out, go for it. I did, super easy and no hassle to return. And now I’m going further like investing in a third pair!! Top of the line service, for those of us who provide top of the line “Cuts”. I was first attracted to Shark Fin shears because I found a pair of black professionals that I was in love with. That's all I wanted after I got my license, a pair of black shears longer than 6". Once I found them, I couldn't wait to buy them! I ordered them and was so excited when they finally arrived!! I used them on a few clients and I wasn't quite happy with how they were cutting. I immediately emailed the company to see if they were sharp enough or if it was user error and I received a phone call right away. The customer service rep not only explained to me why they cut differently, but she offered to send me a new pair with a different blade. I was so in love with the black pair that I already purchased and she could tell. Instead, she told me they would send them to a master sharpener and customize the edge the way I liked, free of charge and as soon as possible. I just got them back and they are cutting perfectly. I love using them, the way they look and feel. They cut so clean and smooth. I am a customer for life due to their quality, affordability, and response to my issues. Plus, I get to be THAT stylist who has the only black shears in my shop. Thank you Shark Fin! You did not disappoint.

I bought my Sharkfin shears in June. I got two pairs, a 6.25 Double Shark and a 7” Professional, both swivel. My right arm is compromised, with carpal tunnel surgery as well as two breaks and a metal plate and screws and these shears made ALL the difference. With their smooth cutting edge, the ergonomics of the swivel and the great balance, I can get through the busiest days pain free. That was not the case before, and I had good shears, too. Just not as good as Sharkfins. I am about to order a super swivel as an add-on. The financing made it easy to afford buying these fine instruments, and the customer service is terrific. Thank you Sharkfin! Great company with a great product!

I’ve been grooming for almost seven years now. I bought the double shark medalist 5 years ago and they were a game changer. Now most my work is hand scissoring. I’m known throughout the area for my precision trims. If you want to take your grooming to a whole different universe than they are the shears for you. They are so comfortable That I don’t mind those handscissor doodles anymore.

Just wanted to say how great customer service was to deal with! The accidental warranty coverage that I had on my shears was great! Especially since I have only had my shears for a little over a year and I loved them they were the best shears I've ever owned! I accidentally washed them in the washer and they were ruined. I made the call to see if there was anything that could be done, and right away they told me to send in my old shears and they would replace with a new pair. The service was quick and easy! Thanks again SharkFin I will definitely recommend you to all my stylist friends !

I can only give 3 stars because it’s next to impossible to get them sharpened. This is the second year in a row we have taken them to the hair show, only to find there is NO ONE here to sharpen them! The name & number we were given by a shark fin rep is a working #. However no one ever answers or returns calls.

I bought the student kit when I was learning and I have not regretted it once. Saw deals on other brands but was always scared to try them I own 5 and 1 more on the way. Not one thing I can say bad. I have gotten others to try and they love them as well. Great shear starting and experienced.
