my shears didn’t work since the beginning, decided to get them sharpened by a local sharpener. It just got them worst. So I reached out to the company and that same day they answered my email and the sharpening company they are affiliated with reached out right away. just got them and they work perfect. 100% recommend this company, definitely buying products again.

I order the shark fin double shark 🦈 and I liked them but had issues with them sliding down so I called about my concern and Mr. RANDY asked me about my ring size and how I was gripping the shears and they paid for shipping both ways and installed the super swirl and sharpen them for free and gave my custom ring guards that fit my finger size. They went above and beyond to help me. Never had customer service better than Shark Fin. Customer for life!

Just test drove my new Double Fin shears with a super swivel and they did an amazing job. Not only am I impressed with the quality of the sheer but equally impressed with the quality of their customer service. Brittany was super friendly and very accommodating as well as the owner Randy who gave me a call personally to educate and inform me on the different types of sheers they offer. I originally purchased the black titanium plus set with a swivel at 5.5 inches they were pretty good but they were a little small for me but after upgrading to a 6.25 and making the jump to a Double Fin for a smoother cut, i am grateful I made the switch. The Black Titanium was nice but the Double Shark just feels like home! So grateful and will definitely be spreading the word!

I have been shopping around for a long time for a new pair of shears. On a whim, I gave Sharkfin shears a shot and glad I did! I will most definitely be buying another pair.

This product is awesome! The color is fantastic, the fit is adjustable, the case is pretty great. I also love that they provide you with the shear oil applicator. I would highly recommend these shears to anyone looking for a good swivel shear.

I purchased the Professional Swivel Shears with the double swivel feature in black and they are beautiful. I wish there was an option to get them in a bigger size because over all they are a little small at the 5.5 but i feared the 6.25 might be too big. Thing a 6 would be perfect. As far as cutting goes, they are alright. They do the job but just doesn't cut as smooth as butter as i hoped. They also make a crunch noise when you cut and i just dont enjoy that. My last pair of sheers where Jowell brand and they cut smooth like butter but i wanted a swivel shear to help with the nerve pain in my wrist. Overall not a bad product but wish the they blades were higher quality and wish they came a little bigger.

My car was stolen with all of my equipment was in it, along with my customized shark fin shears. I emailed the company to ask them what I could do to get a replacement and they sent me the entire replacement kit for free. I've been a stylist for 19 years, in that time I've cut with a variety of brands and styles of shears. I got my first pair of true left handed swivel thumbs 10 years ago from Shark-Fin and I've never looked back. I have three pairs of Shark-Fin's now and I know I'm not done shopping yet! There is no better designed or better quality shear out there. And LEFTY! Don't even get me started about their full line of left handed shears! My 10 year old shear got a nick that just simply refused to be sharpened out and the customer service I experienced with each employee I dealt with was fantastic. It's so great to dealt with companies that are still family owned and don't outsource their customer service and stand behind their product with sincerity and honesty. I ended up getting my shear issue resolved over the phone by Randy himself. I can't say enough good things about this company, thei staff and their shears.

I have used many of the top brands of shears over the course of years as a stylist, by far SharkFin shears are the highest quality and give the most precision. The folks at this company are a pleasure to deal with. If you have any issues with your shears, questions on checking tension, or need sharpening/repairs, everything is done in a professional and timely manner. I loves them so much I got them tattooed on me lol.. but really these shears feel great in your hand and cut hair so good .. great Quality To they feel like they will last me forever. I started my career with Sharkfin shears. They are dependable, comfortable, and sharp. I actually ended up losing my Sharkfins and haven’t been able to replace them yet, but I knew I wanted to gift a set to my mom for her birthday this year while she’s in cosmetology school. Sharkfin customer service was above and beyond at helping my mom succeed and getting my order placed. Do not hesitate to order from this company. I’ve purchased from a very overpriced scissor company and after the sale I’ve never heard from them again and have had no help, but I will go back to Sharkfin in the future.

I used to thought “expensive shears are brandy and for expert only,” but I was wrong! I’m just a beginner but I have issues around my entire body. I started to work as a mobile groomer from a shop bather. I had to scissor quite a lot and my fingers were getting tired + started to hurt. Remembered Shark Fin and decided to give it a chance. First, I really appreciate their financial option!! I ordered the student kits (swivel). Used it. I don’t regret. I LOVE IT! And I finally learned a proper way to hold scissors. I recently purchased the professional plus swivel shears. Wow! The difference is clearly above any other shear that I have owned in my career. I was watching MC Barber on YouTube and he gave the company high praise. My shears were 44/20 and they were great, but over the years I lacked in keeping the maintenance of the shears due to some life trying situations. However, I took the initiative to make a sacrifice that would be an upgrade to my business. The shears are excellent! Also the customer service is excellent! They were patient with me and kept a great attitude throughout my questions. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the product! The swivel option gives me more range of movement and efficiency in the service. Thanks for everything!

Was awesome to go to Hershey wanted to get another set of scissors with swivels and was able to do down payment and do payments to get me a set of 3 and even got a free pair for clunkers I have had these scissors since they started selling them at Hershey and love them glad to have a new set and these are a little longer but get more done faster thank you sharks

I purchased a set of Shark Fin shears last weekend at the grooming expo in Hershey, Pennsylvania. This was my first time buying Shark Fins. I had a little issue, when I got home I realized that one of my shears was not in the package. I was a little bit upset, so I emailed customer service. Within 5 minuets I received a phone call, they were able to resolve my issue. I understood that it was very busy at the expo and stuff could have gotten mixed up, but the way that they handled the issue was impressive. I’ve never received such amazing customer service in my life. I’ve had many different shears over the last 8 years of grooming, but these shears are the best that I have ever used. The quality of the shears and the amazing customer service that I received has made me a Shark Fin customer for life. As a very new stylist it was important that I have a not only quality and durable schears but pretty ones too! I started on standard shark fin schears, when I got to hair show i purchased the swivel set! I own 4 sets and keep them pristine and sharp! The swivel alleviated my hand going numb! I will never own another brand! Invest in yourself get a awesome pair of shark fins!!!
