Have a huge garage, does a decent job cooling everything down. I like the turbo mode when it’s really hot to cool things off quickly. Great price!

This order of 3 in stock items took 5 weeks and 4 shipments. 3 wrong items shipped and 10 emails and multiple calls. Probably the worst customer experience I have had in years.

I have sold and installed approximately $100K of Senville equipment over the past 12 months either directly or thru my customers. All of the units have all been AURA series mini-splits. I have only good things to say: high quality materials, superior design and technology & excellent support. My oldest installs are over 2 years old. . . I'm happy to report I haven't had a single equipment failure. I hope to continue to use Senville equipment in the future. That said, I am very concerned about the uncertainty in DC especially regarding the possibility that tariffs will significantly increase my costs and reduce availability of new equipment and parts.
