Worked great and fast delivery

I love my units. I live in an almost 100-year-old log home that I have lovingly restored, and have been heating and cooling with propane gas, electric baseboard (so expensive), and window and floor A/C units. The home is not a good candidate for ductwork, so the split units work great and look nice. I installed one 36k compressor unit and four heads from another brand last summer, and I like them too. My HVAC contractor recommended Senville to finish out the installation in two bedrooms and my dining room. They were installed last week, and I love them. My home feels comfortable throughout, with no underheated or undercooled spots as before, which makes it so much more pleasant. Additionally, my electric bill has been reduced by 30% - 50%, depending on the season and weather in VA. Gone are my unsightly window A/C units, and I use propane heat only to supplement the heat pump compressor when temperatures get unseasonably low or I lose power. You could say I am a "really happy camper " with my units. My only suggestion is that the display on your remote is too light and hard to see for this aging but young at heart and mind woman. While the refrigerant and drain lines can be unsightly against log and chinking, my contractor did a better job of making them less visible with these units than he did with the first ones he installed. He's figuring out a way to disguise them with a hollowed-out log covering. Keep up the good work on bringing the best in HVAC to consumers. Sharon Campbell Farmville, Virginia

Great unit, easy install

Shipping with Fed Ex is the ticket. Arrives on a pallet which greatly reduces any chance of damage. Definitely a plus.
