Great shipping and customer service

It was difficult to switch from monthly to quarterly.

The package was fancy but the shipping communication was absent. The shipment also took over a week.

Service was without issue. They do send the occasional promotional email, but not too bad.

Refill pills have came broken or cracked. For the money this should come in a sturdier packaging.

I’m not happy about your shipping package. More than once my capsules have arrived smashed from the USPS. I wish you would use better packaging.

Seed is a good product, has helped my stomach issues and my quarterly shipments, ship fast and on time. Has not worked as well on my constipation as I had hoped, but still a good product.

Makes the product more affordable for the average person

Had a big issue with my second order, taking a few weeks to resolve. But no problems since.

I go 4-5 days a week not everyday like I wish.

Product arrived quickly and packing was excellent. Very nice jar that I keep in counter so I remember to take daily.
