While I’m not too keen on melatonin based sleep support and rather tend to magnesium, I noticed my sleep latency has shortened since taking Seed PM-02. and only started a week ago. Absolutely adore this product

I like them but i am finding the refills are coming with lots of broken capsules or capsules stuck together. the last shipment one had broken open and all the pills were covered in powder that needs to be brushed off before taking due to the taste.
