Customer service is great! The only thing is that I got an email stating my product had been delivered and it hadn't, checked the tracking and was meant to be delivered one day after so just watch out for those errors because they are confusing

Great product, efficient customer service

This is my second time ordering from Seed. So far everything has been fine. Shipping is okay for refills, I find the packaging is somewhat flimsy and the capsules get crushed in mail. I am doing a monthly order because I had purchased the 3 month supply and when I was due to pay for next 3 months, Seed never notified me in advance (3 days before payment is due) I didn't have money in account. They still do not notify me, I always have to remind myself and it would be nice if they would send me a email at least 3 days before due date. That's why they have 4 instead of 5 stars.
