Fast shipping, easy install for a 1963 Ford Fairlane that never had belts. Correct bolts. Had to push out rubber plugs and tap the holes to remove debris.

Stainless cover on a First Gen GM F body deluxe buckle popped-off three times. This makes the buckle useless. Twice called for RMA and sent it for repair at their vendor. Third time I asked for an RMA to return everything, but adjusted the folded angle of the front lip and rear retaining piece. I want factory correct belts and I suppose I am willing to try to trade safety for appearance. Between # 2 and # 3 a retractor failed. Called for a RMA and sent it in. Belts were $800+ for the front bench. The customer service reps failed to show concern or a sense of urgency to get it right. Last guy seemed put-out. . . Disappointed. And few options. . .

They sold me a seat belt assy for a certain vehicle but it was missing a part when I contacted them they said they didn't even sell assy for that vehicle and they couldn't control what Google sells online in their behalf. what a insult to a person's common sense

The seat belts look great, they have not been installed yet tdue to a delay with my seats. The service from this company is "Old School" in other words "TOP NOTCH"!
