I am a regular online purchaser and have no quibble whatever with the quality of Seasalt merchandise but am very distressed at the lack of care in how clothing is sent out. I have just received a fairly expensive linen dress that was sent without tissue or careful folding I received a t shirt beautifully packaged ,yetanother parcel containing a tshirtwas a disgrace! Please please can this be addressed or sadly I shall regretfully buy from elsewhere

I received my first order from Seasalt a few weeks ago. Very impressed with the whole experience. The Seed Packet dress I ordered is gorgeous, just as described, lovely fabric, perfect fit and a great style. I have since purchased an organic cotton jumper which arrived very quickly and it too is gorgeous. Extremely pleased with both my purchases and will certainly be a returning customer.

I bought the above dress on impulse yesterday as it is perfect for this glorious summer weather. I wore it to go out today and everyone I met has remarked on what a lovely dress it is and how good I look in it. At 68 it does the soul good to receive such compliments - I may have to buy another!

I visited your Marlborough store this morning, and was able to pick a dress off a hanger, try it on and make a purchase. My son told me I looked beautiful, my husband said this is the first time in 12 years I was able to buy something from a shop and not online. As a plus size you feel uncomfortable walking into shops. Not Seasalt, we were welcomed, I think her name was Lynsdsey, a very lovely lady she took the two dresses and I followed with a third to the changing room. Once tried on she asked if she could help with anything else, took my chosen dress to the till where I was served by another lovely lady I think her name was Mel. Both complimentary, both showing outstanding customer services. Please pass on my utmost thanks for a brilliant shopping experience.

Saw the new colours for this in the catalogue but had to wait ages for them to appear on the web site. Loved the previous colours and style so ordered both. The navy with white spots is lovely but the sizing is a little neater but still fits so will keep that one. Disappointed that the red flower version is 2 inches shorter. I usually order ‘tall ‘ fit but as this dress is longer anyway (and not available in tall) hasn’t been an issue until now - this one will have to go back.

So far I’ve been holding 34mins for a reply from customer services! I was 6th in queue when I started. The music is atrocious and it has been the same song on continual loop the whole time. On the website it says customer service is open on Sunday. I rang and the automated reply was that the lines were closed. To further exacerbate the situation it then gave opening hours, which included SUNDAY! Now 40 mins and still only 2nd!!!!!!!!!!!!Grrrrrrr

My order did not arrive - why ?

I am truly delighted with my trousers. It is a bit of a risk for me to buy trousers on line and I usually have them made for me to fit but I saw these and really liked them. Was SO pleased when they fitted so well I have just ordered another pair in a different colour! I currenty have the pickles colour and they are gorgeous (already sold out in my size). The fabric is soft to touch and looks sun-kissed. I wouldn't personally refer to them culottes - maybe on a smaller person they are - but for me they are lovely summer trousers - just when I needed some new ones too. A great purchase!

I bought a t-shirt earlier in the year as I love the styles & colours on offer and expected a certain quality for the price I paid. I was very disappointed for the state of the t-shirt once I washed it in accordance with the instructions. I appreciate it was just a t-shirt, but would hope for the same standard to apply.

I can't praise this company enough. They have cracked good service and lovely clothing.

I love my water Jar linen dress. Do you do this in other colours or printed linen. I bought a size 26-28 and would love to have another colour.

We love your shops and after holidaying in the West Country would love to see one locally in Chelmsford in the go ahead Bond St part of Chelmsford with other retailers. There are 2 potential units for consideration, just a suggestion and realise a lot of business investigations would have to be carried out, but please consider this area to widen your market and potentially your sales/profits. Having been a very satisfied customer for several years, it was disappointing to have to return all of my recent order - two scoop neck Ts and a teal cotton dress - because of incorrect sizing and careless workmanship. Such a pity!

At long last I’ve found a shops that sells decent lovely clothes without having to pay the earth. I Called in to Leeds Seasalt on Saturday for the first time. Michelle soon understood that I hadn’t shopped for sometime. And was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble she brought lots of choice for me to try and advised on what she thought was good for me. I have to admit I was there for quite a while but Michelle stayed with me. I finished up buying 4 dresses and a top. I came out of the shop a very happy lady and vowed I would definitely be back. Thanks a million Michelle. You were great.

I now have a selection of casual and smart - casual tops which are stylish, with great designs and they have really boosted my confidence. I had to return a few until I found the right size ( it was a wrench to return them, as the fabric and designs were lovely, they just didn't fit my new shape) and I found the paperless returns service very efficient and easy. 'Seasalt' has been a brilliant find for me, at just the right time!

I have recently bought a Painting Class linen dress in the Honeysuckle colour and I love it. The design is very flattering and easy to wear. It feels so comfortable and the colour is wonderful-just the job to take into the warmer days in Autumn too. Thank you Seasalt for another perfect garment!
