Needing a smart dress for a sad event your Dorchester staff were attentive without being intrusive and without them I would never have found the High Key dress in hatched landscape which looks and feels great. I wouldn’t have given it a second look from the rather poor photograph online. (Very unusual for your website) The young lady who helped most wasn’t around to thank when it came to paying, such a shame. DH picked up another of your jumpers, they really do last for years.

Having seen in the latest catalogue sent to my wife a style of jacket I had been looking for for sometime I was keen to purchase. I wanted to try first for sizing and as we were going to Norwich, where the nearest shop is, in the next few days we popped in. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but I tried on a similar style, was assured that sizing was consistent across styles and that there was a significant discount available if I wished to purchase that day and the jacket would be available to collect in a few days. As we live outside the city I didn't want to come back in a few days - not a problem as it could be delivered to my home at no cost. Concerned about returning it if it did not fit - not a problem as it could be returned at no cost. Morse Code jacket arrived in 5 days and fitted. Exemplary service.

I've just been to the Southwold branch and had a really enjoyable experience. The staff were helpful without being pushy resulting in me purchasing not just the blouse I'd planned to buy but also two T shirts and a pair of trousers. I'm a big fan of the Plant Hunter coat - I've had a grey one for five Years. I've bought the Raincloud (turquoise) one for this winter - sadly the Southwold branch didn't have the Raincloud in stock so I bought it online. My old grey Plant Hunter has washed brilliantly and still looks great but I will be sending this to the charity shop for a second life. Thank you ladies in the Southwold Store - you were great.

Hi I love your clothes and I am building up quite a selection! Your idea of being more environmentally friendly is great - but - it is difficult to attach the return label to the new packaging. Ordinary cellotape does not work. Please take this as constructive feedback as your service, quality of products, refunds and everything else is brilliant.

I ordered on behalf of my wife a a rain coat in the sale , which came within 3 days , unfortunately it was too big so we returned it same day and ordered the smaller size Which came today ! 3 days after ordering it with a weekend in between! the smaller size is perfect. Wow had a super shopping experience with a n almost personal shopperTom. He seemed very young but confident ,not in my face but understood what assistance I needed . Took his time to wait for me to choose my two new dresses then carried them to a changing room for me. The dresses were perfect and when tried them on he smiled and gave quite approval, but again not over the top or pushy. Iwas sorry that another lady then who was more mature seemed to take over the purchase and Tom seemed to be pushed aside. !. On my receipt her name appeared!. Great clothing ,if you shop here try to let Tom get your custom he’s amazing. Made me feel special Thankyou Tom.

On a morning when I was feeling a bit down I put on one of my Seasalt dresses to find a little message in the pocket saying ‘You look lovely today’. I am now walking round with a little smile on my face. Thank you🥰

I have a Seasalt raincoat size 20 and wanted to replace it. I tried on the Coverack coat which is similar to my existing coat. Unfortunately it was so small. Tried on the next size and that was also too small. It’s very disappointing that coats appear to be made on the small side.

My wife tried on a Merther Lane dress in your Winchester branch sale but it was too large and there was no size 10 available. When home I phoned your next nearest branch in Marlborough and spoke to Becky who also had none but kindly offered to check for stock availability in the nearest Seasalt branches. She found a size 10 in Lymington and gave me the phone number. I phoned Seasalt Lymington and Debbie spent some time there searching for the item. She found the last one and agreed to hold this for me to collect a couple of days later. We arranged a sunny day out in Lymington and my wife was pleasantly surprised to visit the (excellent) Seasalt branch there and find the size 10 Merther Lane dress waiting for her to collect. Unacceptable chaotic service. Unacceptable delays on phone. Informed us that a product ordered and to be delivered on a certain day was, in fact, out of stock. Complaint letter to CEO received no acknowledgement or reply. Will never deal with them again.

Hi Really sad to see Seasalt in Bracknell closing. It has been on local social media, your local customers are very upset but understand it is about rent hikes rather than leaving Bracknell. I visited today to find a treat for my loyalty giftcard while I can. As ever your staff were amazing. They always have been, second to none. For what its worth I put a post on our local town social media page (not something I do unless moved to do so, which I am). In just over an hour you have over 140 comments all supporting you. I have also emailed the Lexicon, politely asking them to reconsider. I wanted to tell them not to be so stupid, give you a sensible rent and keep decent shops in Bracknell. They will lose the destination Seasalt shoppers who pop into other shops on the way. I don't expect a sensible reply. I will miss Seasalt Bracknell, one of the better shops and will support you on line but this is in no way equal to popping in and chatting with your amazing staff. Knowing how badly you have been treated makes me less inclined to shop in Bracknell. In these difficult times the Lexicon should be supporting flourishing business not stamping them out.

I've just bought the Curves Flow tunic in Garden Bloom Magpie. It looks great on but in the hour I've been wearing it I've looked again and again for pockets - for carrying around small items that need to go elsewhere in the house, for storing my house keys and mobile when I pop out to the recycling, for carrying a tissue for my hayfever - and it has none. I am so disappointed. I also bought the Seed Packet dress and it has no pockets either. I buy these Seasalt tunics and dresses not as fashion items but as items of practical clothing for daily life. They are not the cheapest, but they are practical and of a quality that lasts while also looking lovely. The brand claims to be inspired by workwear and artists' wear which appeals to me and reflects the practicalities of my life. It's the type of clothing that usually has pockets. The design of this tunic and the fact that it falls to just above my knees makes it a faff to reach underneath to try and store items in my jeans pockets. If I am wearing leggings, they have no pockets. The bottom half of the tunic catches and does not ride up smoothly and anyway if I wanted to regularly expose that part of my anatomy I would not be wearing a tunic in the first place. I associate daily wear clothing without pockets with cheap manufacture. I really hope that this is not the start of Seasalt removing the practical aspects of its garments which is one of its key features for me and for which I am happy to pay. I appreciate that others may not use the pockets. Perhaps, if this is a money-saving initiative, just one pocket could be inserted? I do love the Curves Flow tunic, but I now going to have to find a way to insert a pocket - probably by paying extra to a tailor - to make this daily wear garment practical for my daily life.

I ordered 8 petite in this lovely dress, the material is a bit too warm for the weather at the moment but will be great for Autumn. The dress hangs beautifully and the top button can be left undone. I am 5ft 2in and the overall length is perfect, however the sleeves are slightly short. Size 8 sleeve length is plenty long enough on all my other Seasalt clothes. I was disappointed at the lack of long sleeves in your Summer collection so I am happy to keep this dress.

We really like Sea Salt clothing but are increasingly concerned about how much is sourced from China. Having seen what Putin is capable of in Ukraine and now. China is dropping missiles around Taiwan, why are British companies and customers continue to fund such dangerous regimes. Suggest a refocus from your buying teams to find manufacturers whose policies Breyer align with the British public
