I used these in a Cioppino recipe and they blended in perfectly with the muscles, clams and Dungeness crab quarters, also from Sea Bear. More than satisfactory. When the first shipment of my order arrived too late due to the carrier's error, SeaBear replaced it promptly with no charge. That was an extra bonus for me.

Delicious salmon and bacon wrapped scallops. Some of the bacon wrapped scallops were partly thawed when we received the box, so we were forced to immediately air-fry and devour them. Not a bad thing.
