My order came in the time frame that was designated.

Arrived late at night after we’d gone to bed. No doorbell ring. The next morning we found it on the front porch. Fortunately, it was still cool to the touch. I made one for dinner and froze the rest. It is delicious, moist, buttery and easy to prepare. The bones come out most easily after it’s cooked.
