We love SeaBear Smoked Salmon in pouches. We buy it for emergencies along with SeaBear's (terrific) Smoked Salmon Chowder. It lasts a long time - three or four years. But it is so good that we chip away at our supply, and then we have to reorder long before the stuff ever expires!.
