1. It's too expensive. I wish they'd lower the price. 2. It takes too long. I don't understand why people wait days for something that could be done in a few hours. I wish they had a system in place.

Hello, The service is good, document has a lot of information therefore I can understand the time it took to get ready. My only remark would be: Please ask for everything you need at the beginning. Instructions were not clear when the process started and we went back and forth many times in getting all the information you needed. Being abroad and far from my school made it difficult to obtain. Other than that, great service. Thank you.
