Great product and smell but it does not dissipate up to the square footage that is stated online. I also wish you would not have to download an app to use it.

I love how the scent air gets throughout the whole house. unlike plugins that you have to have several throughout. The cartridges actually last longer then the plugins!!

I love my diffuser but I feel like the customer service needs to respond more quickly. 2 days to respond is crazy. Shipping took forever!!! But I am glad I purchased 2 of them. I got one of each. One for my bedroom and the pro for my living room. It doesn’t smell throughout my entire house (1800 sq ft) with both running. Probably should’ve invested in the business one.

You really need to make these cartridges last longer. The scents do not last a month! These are not cheap for us to purchase as it is so please make the scents stronger and last longer so we can be happy with every purchase we make.
