We have used many different diffusers from essential oil stores in the past and although they smell good at times, they are all or nothing. I love the customization and timing on this product and the scent is the nostalgic scent I was looking for. Our house always smells amazing. Everyone comments when they walk in how great it smells. As a side note, I encountered a problem with the initial diffuser that was sent to me. It was defective and was inadvertently shipped. I bring this up because I believe a business’s reputation is largely determined by its customer service, and they handled this situation exceptionally well. They were highly apologetic and promptly provided a solution. It is an exceptional company to collaborate with.
