Bought sauna on Black Friday- just getting to it - it doesn’t have a manual in box.

I really loved this product at first I thought it was a great value and it did everything I wanted it too. But after having it for a few months, the seam ripped on the cover, so now heat and steam leaks out making it almost useless. It’s still covered under the “full warranty” and being that The cover is probably one of the least expensive parts to replaced. I was not too concerned. But customer service has no phone number and very slow to respond to emails. Eventually they responded and advised that the faulty poorly sown seam is normal and they would not honor the warranty. Instead, they offered me a 15% off code And tried to get me to buy another product. If working, the sauna is great, but buyer beware they will not honor the warranty so it does become an expensive product with no warranty that will not last very long

I have an issue with the lack of responses coming from customer service. I addressed an issue with them on my Sauna Box with the thread on the zipper coming off. They have a 2 year warranty and sent my initial email Oct 11th, today is Nov 20th and still has not shipped out the replacement. Further they are charging me import fees for the replacement??? i paid the original import fees yet why should I pay when its under warranty? Still don't have an answer to when it will ship yet. I would expect a lot better communication with replacement within a week not 40 day+, just looking to get a replacement based on the warranty. Hoping I can get some traction here

Why doesn't sauna box have the guts to post real reviews? why does it only use fake ones? sell a real product and you will get good reviews! you shouldn't ignore your customers! this company will be short lived!!

Do not buy the Saunabox. The product is junk. It broke after 5 uses, and Saunabox is refusing a refund because it was used. That’s obviously the only way you can find out the product is cheap. The cover is crappy too and has holes throughout it. I wish I had bought a Nurecover instead.

I needed a portable sauna for my apartment and this was one that kept getting recommended to me so I had to pull the trigger! Customer support helped with assembly and made me feel like they truly care about their product and the customer!!! 10/10 recommend SaunaBox to everyone!

I bought my sauna not even a year ago and several elbow joints warped and broke. I replaced a few at first but more have become incapable of supporting the frame. When asked my options, I was given nothing but simply having to rebuy them. Apparently these parts aren't Included in the 2 year warranty. The whole set of joints only costs $40, but is 'sold out', yet you can buy each one individually to create a whole set. This costs significantly more, not to include shipping and tax. I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Customer support doesn't seem to have the discretion to do right by the customer. Will definitely go elsewhere for my next sauna which unfortunately will be sooner rather than later.

Have had product for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it! Use it about 3-4x week. Easy to install (I am shorter so I enlisted the help of my husband to help with the higher pieces). The routine I follow is setting it for about 25 minutes-let it warm up for 15 and go in for 10 at level 4. This is plenty for me right now. My stress instantly melts away and after I shower when I am done I feel more energized! The price is a little high I think but for me, it’s a matter of self care-so overall long term, was a health investment. The white tubes are a little challenging to put on and take off when you want to clean both chambers. And just a personal opinion, it would be nice if the “window” was also zippered and not velcro. But despite those things I am super happy I got this and can’t wait to place it in my future home gym-it’s in the kitchen now! 😂 It’s also easy to wipe down when done and I also have a fan I place in front so it gets more cool air inside to help dry more completely. If you are even thinking about getting this product-do it! Totally worth it!!

My girlfriend purchased a sauna box. This machine came with zero warning labels as the box said it was supposed to. I stepped inside, not knowing or being able to see this hot steam box and it spilled all over my foot. The steam caused severe second degree burns to the entire top of my foot. I contacted the company. They initially tried putting this on my girlfriend for not telling me the box was inside, but she was not home when I used the machine. The inside of the box is dark, it was a steam filled room and the box full of steam that dumped all over my foot was black! No warning labels, no glow in the dark anything. The supposed owner of the company called me and told me they would come up with a resolution. He offered me 500.00 and to have my girlfriend return the box so they could inspect it. What needs to be inspected???? The damn thing just had no warning labels!! Now my foo\t will be scared for the rest of my life!! If any of you have had an issue similar, we can start a class action lawsuit since this company doesn't want to do the right thing!!!!! 500.00 is a pure insult!!!! Put caution labels on your product so this doesn't happen to anyone else!!!!!

This sauna is what I've been dreaming of. I've always wanted a steam sauna, for health reasons and relaxation. Rather than going to a spa and spending a bunch of money for a one-time use. Why not invest in something that you can use daily i the privacy of your own home, or take it with you wherever you go. It's easy to assemble, I did it in about 25 minutes all by myself and I'm about 5'6 tall, easy enough to put together, and a great amount of headroom when using it, that I can even stretch. It heats up in about 30 minutes and gets very steamy and warm when using it. I love the routine I'm getting in when using this at night before bed or in the morning before the shower and whatever stress of the day lies ahead. Would definitely advise people get this product. Anyone looking for a budget-friendly way to implement health and wellness into their life this is for you.

I have had my sauna box and cold plunge for a little over 4 months now, I do have to say that the sauna does get very hot and stays hot! It is very effective, and the product works very well! The cold plunge has also been a great addition, I use both daily. I would give this product a 5-star review if it weren't for the lack of customer service and durability of the sauna box. I had multiple "tees" break inside my sauna box. I contacted support to try and get some new ones. They told me to take pictures and send it to them so, I did, and I never heard a response back. I had to write a completely separate request to get a response that I was going to get two new tees for my sauna. I eventually only received one tee. I asked them if I could have a replacement set of tees since it was under the two-year warranty and, I had a feeling more were going to break. Yet again I did not receive a response. I honestly love my sauna box and I am glad it is still functional, but the durability is very lacking. I have had to duct tape 10 tees inside my sauna box in order to keep it up. The bottom layer tears and rips extremely easy and customer service is very hard to get ahold of. I am a little disappointed and if it weren't for the factors listed above, I would give this product a 5-star review overall because, it does perform very well. You just have to be extremely careful with it because it appears to be a very fragile product and customer service doesn't seem to respond very fast or help you with what you need.

Sent with a broken steam unit that was different in the promos and missing connector pieces. It took 5 MONTHS for them to ship me the right product and that was AFTER they lied through email saying it was on the way. I have over a dozen emails trying to get in touch with a REAL person. Oh my Lord. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m am going to screenshot this review because they deleted my earlier review on their Instagram page.

Works better than expected for me. Everything they said on the add before I purchased was accurate. This is perfect for recovery especially for the price. I have used the ice bath yet but it’s coming. I set it up and seems like quality stuff.

Lid developed a crack during first two weeks of use. Reached out for a replacement since all units have 2-year warranty, and customer support has been unhelpful and mostly non-responsive. In my first email, I included an explanation of the issue, photos that show the crack, my order number and address. Saunabox refused to do anything until getting a video of the steam leak even though a cracked lid = an obvious leak! The unit is unable to fill with steam. I send a video and days go by without a response. They reply asking me to send a video instead of audio (I guess they can’t open mov files?) I resend an mp4 and they tell me to try screwing on the lid properly. Absolutely infuriating. If you try and purchase a replacement lid, you’ll see that they are out of stock, and given the extremely slow response times and obvious obfuscation of my straightforward issue, I wonder if they are simply dealing with supply chain problems. Sucks because it’s a decent machine at a fair price, but the customer service is absolutely abysmal.

We bought our unit three weeks ago, and when it came in the steam unit was broken already upon opening the box. We’ve been trying to get a new unit out here for the last three weeks with zero support we just keep getting answers that they are working on it. We apologize that tell us with no actual moving forward it took a week and a half just to get them to understand that we wanted a new one if I could put lower than one star, I would Still yet. They said they were going to ship it out a week ago. I responded again yesterday only to find out that apparently they don’t have units available so as soon as they get one available, they’re going to ship it out to us that is horrendous. How in the world does the company like this not have available steam units when that is the most important part of the sauna box without the steam unit, you cannot use it so we’ve been sitting for three weeks trying to use it and we can’t because they are not sending us a new sign box out. I’ve given them all the information they need. I’ve showed him the pictures , they got our sandbox unit out here within three days but yet they can’t get us a steam unit out here that is totally unacceptable and I’m probably gonna go to the Better Business Bureau with this company .

I can't write this on the product reviews because I don't want to sign up in order to do that so I will post here. I ordered my sauna box kit back in the middle of January, after my first package arrived I noticed I received 4 of the water chambers and thought oh well accidents happen and will have them ship out another kit. That was back at the end of February, received my "new kit" today and what do you know another water chamber! Looking forward for my refund and possibly another kit shipped out to me in 6 months, Please do not waste your money on this product from this company and look elsewhere.

I ordered my boyfriend the saunabox in mid November. We received it after Christmas and the steamer lid was cracked or almost looked melted. My boyfriend was so excited to try it as he has had a horrible cold. Since then I have emailed multiple times and no one responds to me ever! No # to call either. We don’t want a refund we just want a functioning saunabox!!

Received my sauna on 11/28. Had it setup within an hour--easy peasy just like they said. I used the sauna 4-5X per week for about 45 mins per. It takes at least 20+ mins to get hot enough inside the tent. On 12/19, after less than a month the heater broke. After corresponding with support (no phone for a reason) they informed me the heater units run on a 15 amp fuse and can blow out unexpectedly. They started my warranty claim the next day and promised to have it sent out soon. However, today is 1/3 and still nothing has been shipped. I understand that Xmas and New Years fell within my claim time but there was plenty of regular business days to get a replacement out the door. In fact, last correspondence with support they promised to have a unit out by end of the week -12/29. Nope, after another follow up email they said "please give us another 24-48 hrs to respond to your inquiry". I get it, things break but to continuously string me along is not good customer service. I wish I never purchased from here. Take the review how you will, just pray your unit doesn't break and take a month to get a replacement Sincerely, Regretful Customer
