After looking at a good many websites, I decided to buy this masher for a particularly specific reason. The head had to be no more than a certain diameter, which this masher is. It had to have a rigid plastic head with a sturdy metal handle, which it has. When I spotted this on SAK Home website it looked ideal so I ordered it. It wasn't cheap and had a pretty hefty postage amount to pay, but I was ok about that. When my order didn't arrive within a week or so I contacted the supplier to find out why. I was told it had become out of stock, but more would be coming very soon and it would be sent asap. I had occasion to contact them again when it still didn't appear. I was then advised that it was on the way, and because of the length of time I'd had to wait they would refund my money for the item and could keep the product. The masher has just arrived and is extremely robust in design and very nice to handle, and is extremely well made. I have also been advised that my payment has been refunded, which in my books is excellent customer service. Thank you Sadia from SAK Home.

Great quality and great customer service

The product was smaller than expected. So consequentley i cannot use it. Product should have been gwice as big. Not very happy with it at all.

I ordered measuring cups & spoons from them & somehow measuring cups were sold out at their end. Sadia was sweet enough to call me to let me know that she had located one of them after making few calls. Excellent service, will definitely be buying again.

Easy to order, great price, really speedy delivery.

The table we ordered arrived on time. On putting it together I came across a couple of issues. The main block containing six holes to insert the fixing screws didn't line up with the two pieces of wood it was to attach to. I had to drill six more holes to allow the fixing. The other issue was one of the fixing screws to attach the table top was poorly threaded and required some force to drive it in. Having said all that the finished article is standing in our kitchen diner and looks great. The table is round in its closed form but opens up to a nice size oval table. The mechanism is good quality and works brilliantly. So a couple of small issues but the end result is a good looking ,very useable table at a decent price.

Products arrived in a timely manner and were packed very nicely. Items themselves were lovely! Would recommend.

You had advertised a zebra head ornament on your site which I purchased, received an email confirmation from you telling me that the item would be dispatched, only to get a call 2 days later saying �sorry, we don�t have that item, error on the website and I would get a refund. Lousy organisation.
