I have ordered a chopping board from this company and the tracking says it�s been delivered and signed for in Shanghai! I am located in London �. Correct address was clearly provided, can�t get through to customer service, why have you shipped my goods to another country!

If you are out of stock you should say so in your online shop. It is not acceptable to pay something to learn two weeks later that you cannot supply for lack of stock

Item arrived as advised and adequately packaged. It was nicely presented and spoons were larger than expected and good quality.

I was searching for a particular design of plate which had run out on another website. I found it on this one and bought 4 plates. I also learnt that the plates were melamine which had not been clear on the other site and was able to look up the correct usage. Many thanks for an efficient service.

I need to be a little careful here. The product was excellent, however, the packaging left a great deal to be desired. When the parcel arrived, the box was "battered" to say the least. Had the order been breakable, I would have not removed the sealing tape, I would have just refused to accept the parcel at the door. I cant fault the product, and being metal, I knew it was safe inside the box.
