I am so impressed with your company!! I used the chat feature on your site a few times as I was looking into the travel vest and had various questions. Your customer service representatives always had the answers I needed, asked me questions to make sure I had thought of everything before purchasing (in regards to which type of vest to get) and offered up a coupon code when I discovered I missed a sale price by a day. We have been using the vest for only a few days now, but we really love it. It works great and my 7.5 year old can use it easily. I am so happy that we were able to find a safe solution so our 3 children can all ride in the backseat of our smaller car. I have nothing but praise for you guys! I have one vest for my 4 year old and it made our last vacation so much more bearable! He loves his "green space vest". We were able to cut it down to 1 bubble bum for our 7 year old (he is 80lbs or I would have gotten him a large), 1 vest for our 4 year old, and 1 carseat for the 1 year old. So I decided to order one for my friend that travels a lot and uses taxis. The taxi drivers in Toronto told her it was fine to put a child over 2 years old just in their seatbelts! (Because the laws of physics change in taxis, I guess!). Her daughter will be 3 next month and is already 30lbs so I'm hoping this will be a safer option for them! Thanks again and keep up the awesome work! I'd also like to add that I called your customer service before buying my sons and the representative spent a good 20 minutes discussing every aspect of the vest with me.

I wanted to comment on Safe Ride 4 Kids SUPERIOR customer service. I bought a vest and had a couple of questions regarding proper fit, I immediately received a response from one of the sales associate who then referred me to the President of the company, Greg. Greg was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Always trying to find the best option for me and for the safety of my children. The vest that I bought was unfortunately a little bit too big for my 2-year-old but Greg was more concerned about proper fit and safety than pushing a sale. I had to return the vest for now but definitely will be keeping them in mind when my little one grows a bit more. I give them 5 stars for customer service! Thanks for all of you help — it really is nice to know that this company's true goal is to keep our kids safe.

Just a note to thank you for all the help in getting a vest for my granddaughter's use in her father's new Porsche convertible. She IS using the vest, and it's going well. She can get in and out with ease, and I feel MUCH better about her level of safety.
