As my family loves to travel, I originally had purchased this vest several years ago for my son for convenience and flexibility. It is so much easier to travel with the RideSafer Travel Vest as its quicker to install and easier to "lug around" than traditional car seats. As we liked this product so much, I even got my friend to purchase two of them for his daughters. As my son was getting bigger, I contacted SR4K to get my trade-up discount. Unfortunately FedEx lost the original shipment. Amie has been great and very accommodating in fixing FedEx's blunder. I appreciative her responsiveness and appreciation of me being a repeat customer. They shipped me a replacement just in time for my family's upcoming trip. Thank you very much for making things right (and I hope FedEx makes things right for you)!

We are extremely grateful for this vest for our 11 year old special needs son. He has full control of his body but rocks back and forth due to his sensory issues and he would also try to put the shoulder belt behind him. The tether helps him to sit up straight and the vest keeps the lap shoulder belt secure and he cannot move it out of place. This has been a great transition from his booster seat!

I just want to say that the customer service has been amazing. I emailed them Sunday and they have been awesome with fixing a problem that was my own fault, not theirs. They have gone above and beyond in helping me get it resolved.

I have the gen 4 travel vest size sm and have absolutely loved it. I just received the new size Lg and it's much different. The company recommends to fit for the childs height, more so than their weight. My niece is very tall but extremely thin. There is no way to tighten the vest down at all to her body. However, it does have stretchy sides to expand. I'm not sure what to do now. She is getting too tall for the small but the Lg is just too big.

I want to praise this company, as well as the vest itself. I ordered the wrong size to begin with and the company generously sent me a return label. I sent these back on Saturday and had the new vest on Thursday. Less than a week, I was so amazed at how great this company wants to please their customer, such a nice change. I am very pleased, with my purchase. Now all three of my grandchildren, can ride with me. I would have gotten three, but the youngest isn't quite old enough only 2 :-(

This product has been worth its weight in gold to our family. We could never take our handicapped young man out in the car as he had grown out of his Columbia’s car seat and would not stay in his seat belt. Thanks to your vest we are able to enjoy the summer.

Found this product while browsing youtube looking for travel seat options. We have a large carseat for our 4 year old which we love however it is not ideal for air travel, Uber, cabs, ect. I've flown with a lighter smaller seat which comes with typical headaches of checked luggage, gate checking, lugging the car seat thru the airport and of course finding a place to store it in the hotel room. Our Daughter LOVES her "special vest". She got to pick the color out on the web and was excited to try it on when it came. We live in NYC and do a lot of travel in cabs and uber. This is MUCH faster and safer than 'going without the seat' or trying to tie in a travel car seat. This solves our problem of wanting the best option while staying practical for fast trips to museums, doctors, and short trips. BUY THIS VEST, this is a great company.

I had been looking for a child restraint for my grandson to ride in my regular cab pickup truck. The safety vest worked perfectly with him sitting in the middle seat position, safely secured and away from airbags. He looks forward to riding in the truck since he is not relegated to a back seat position (which the truck does not have) looking at the back of everyone's head. I had some questions about fitting the vest after I received it and contacted SafeRide4Kids. The promptness and thoroughness of their responses was phenomenal. This is the third time we have ordered a RiderSafer travel vest. Coincidentally, each time we have gotten a different version, and the small design tweaks have been great. The latest version has thicker straps for increased comfort, and the buckle is a hook, which is easier to open and close than the previous buckle design. I also love that the carry bag has been upgraded to a backpack style mesh bag. We have used our vests to transport friends, to travel internationally, and as the car restraint in our own car as well as for riding in other people’s cars. It’s easy and fast to install, lightweight for travel, and restrains well. The Safe Ride 4 Kids customer service is phenomenal. They walked me through fit on my first purchase, and were there again when we needed to upsize to a larger vest but were unsure how to handle being between sizes.

I’ve been looking at this vest for a while and finally purchased. I needed an option for my 6 yr old to sit safely in between my little one in her car seat and me when I have an extra adult ride with us. The vest was a perfect solution. The Large fit my 65lb 52” child perfectly. Customer service quickly answered my pre-purchase questions and even checked over some pics I sent them for a fit check after. Great product and great company.

I made a mistake when I ordered my RideSafer Delight Travel Vest without the tether. Customer service got back to me immediately, took care of the logistics for me, and quickly fixed my mistake by cancelling my order and reprocessing a new one. The following day, I received an email notification that a portion of my order had been refunded because I forgot to use the promo code that I used with my initial order... unprompted! Totally not necessary, but greatly appreciated. You’ve gained a lifelong customer!

I purchased a vest in February for my six year old daughter to take on a vacation overseas in June. It fit back then, but when we started packing for the upcoming vacation four months later it no longer fit. Knowing I was out of the return/exchange window and the vest never being utilized, I reached out to SafeRide4Kids to inquire about an exchange. After sending pictures and them verifying the product was still new they told me to send it back to them in Denver. Ironically, I was flying to Denver that day for a week of meetings. Unfortunately I flew out before they contacted me to just bring it with me to Denver to exchange. My wife mailed it back and it was received by SafeRide4Kids Wednesday night. SafeRide4Kids emailed me Wednesday night offering to bring the larger vest to me Thursday morning at the location of my meetings before I flew out. This delivery was way above normal customer service and I can't thank them enough. By them delivering the vest my daughter will now be able to take the vest on vacation overseas. We purchased two vests for use when traveling with our 5 yo twin boys. The vests are awesome! Really made traveling so much easier. It is such a hassle to lug around big car seats. Easy to install and easy for kids (and adults) to learn to use quickly. Game changer for travel! Customer service is outstanding! One of our boys was right in between sizes. I contacted customer service and sent pictures. They got back to me within 24 hours with very detailed notes on each picture and helpful suggestions. They also sent us some new lap guides free of charge. Above and beyond! We are thrilled with our purchase!

Bought two. Worked well until the Velcro fell off the vest. They wouldn’t help with the problem so it’s useless now. Won’t be buying again for our other two littles.

A friend had given us the travel vest to use with our daughter during a family vacation, and somehow one of the buckles / clasps fell off in transit. (Our daughter was playing with the Velcro and it might have come loose due to that.) We emailed that evening and had a response waiting for us the next morning. The representative indicated that they hadn't seen my name in their customer database, but despite that they would be pleased to help - they shipped a new piece to our hotel overnight at no charge and without hesitation. It was amazing and enabled us to travel knowing our daughter was safe and secure in the car. Thank you!!
