We purchased two of these for a 4 and 6 yr old because we were flying out of state and it would be impossible to take 3 car seats with. We set up the one car seat for the toddler and then hooked up the two harnesses. We kept them them connected to the latches while not in use and it was very easy to get the kids buckled up every time we got in the car. The harnesses were small enough that we just packed them in a carry on bag on the way there. These will be very handy to have around

Finally, a car seat option for grandparents and other family members. We used them on vacation instead of hauling those big, heavy, bulky car seats. Worth every penny. They are GREAT!!

I recently bought our second vest. Our first purchase was so smooth and incredibly wonderful (you can even find my other review) that when our second kid was outgrowing their car seat we didn't even hesitate about purchasing a vest. We bought the XL which comes with a dual tether. It's what it comes with, there is no option to switch it to a single tether. It's what it comes with (I say this twice because every CPST that I talk to asks why I got the dual tether. . . I didn't choose this, it came with this. I should be able to safely install a vest with all the supplied pieces without purchasing additional things) The nightmare that has come with it is ridiculous. We've had some issues installing the dual tether. The vest is either lopsided or the tether is. There are ZERO INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS FOR THE DUAL TETHER. I filled out the contact us form for the fit check on this website and to give credit to SafeRide 4 kids they responded promptly, only to tell me to contact the manufacturer at a specific email address. So I did. And nothing. It's been well over two business days and I've yet to hear a reply from the manufacturer. If this had been my first experience purchasing a vest I would not have recommended it to anyone nor purchased a second one. I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Thankfully I still have some time before kiddo completely outgrows their car seat while I figure out what to do with this useless thing while I get no guidance from anyone associated with it.

I have never seen a company with Customer Service like your guys. You guys helped me figure out a way to get what I needed. You answered my texts and emails in less than 24 hours. Helped me figure out fit and sizing. If I could give 100 stars I would. Our SafeRide4Kids harness is amazing. We all love it. The customer service has been stellar. Why haven't more people moved to this? Our child is safe, comfortable, and feels like such a big kid. We take this product everywhere now, even on long trips. We highly reccommend this product.

..and it was made MUCH more easy with the safe ride vest! The video tutorials are EXTREMELY helpful. The fact we could transfer the vest from car to car made traveling so much less stressful. Overall we are so thankful for the safe ride vest! The only thing I would note is our child has down syndrome and low muscle tone (common for our children) and so when she fell asleep her body would start to sag over to the side. She technically remained safe in the vest (so thankful) but it doesn't provide the full body support/input that a car seat does. But for traveling the safe ride vest was ideal! 10/10

Our family was preparing for a long international trip. The thought of lugging two car seats around the world felt daunting. Two Safe Ride Vests fit inside a rolling carry-on bag. We don't always need them, but when we do, we are grateful to have them so easily. We were also slow to commit and concerned they wouldn't arrive in time. I've been working with a ton of social service programs for her (Regional Center, Fred Finch, School District, MediCal etc.) as I am in desperate need of a car seat that will work for her. I swear it's like reinventing the wheel as no one has a clue as to what could help or where to go for help. And I know I'm not the first to ask these questions! So frustrating! Because of your time and energy and experience you were able to direct me to the Roosevelt car seat which directed me to vendors who sell it who then informed me that we can find a specialty car seat perfect for my daughter that also can be paid for with her insurance/Medical! Why did it take you, a private citizen entrepreneur with no personal connection or skin in the game, to lead me to this obvious information that all of these professionals and organizations should have known and directed me to long ago. It would have saved me months and months of agony as I try to use pillows and blankets and Gd knows what to keep my daughter safe while in the car since her car seat can't. All that to say, I am on the one hand incredibly frustrated, disappointed (again!!), and angry, but at the same time - incredibly grateful and appreciative for YOU for your time, help and direction. It has been proven to me time and again how it's really true: "No one cares" but then once in a while an angel like you appears and rekindles my sense of hope and makes me feel less alone. We ordered two vests with the loops. When the package arrived, the loops weren't there. An honest mistake, but given we were leaving for vacation the next day, I was a little panicked. I emailed late on a Friday and received an immediate response. They worked over the weekend to ensure the loops were delivered to our vacation destination. fast I really appreciated their fast response and flexibility. My 4yo twins loved wearing their vests as we traveled around in a golf cart at our vacation destination and I loved knowing that they were secure in something that also met the local laws to secure children in the same type of car seat requirement in the golf cart as is required in a vehicle. These vests are so light and so small, I expect we will be using them for all of our adventures!

Despite initially shipping us one unit of the incorrect size, saferide4kids provided one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. They were quickly responsive, understanding, and accommodated our imminent travel plans with ease. The car seats themselves have been a great addition to our traveling tools as they really make our family of 4 more portable. We highly recommend!

This made our trip to Las Vegas with our kids such a breeze. Gone are the days of lugging our car seats everywhere. We arrived and called for a car, within minutes we had these on the kiddos and when the car arrived we strapped them in quick. Made it really easy, especially in places where getting into a vehicle and leaving needs to be quick. We also opted for the fast delivery service and they delivered. FED EX messed up but that's not this companies fault. Thanks again for helping make traveling safe and easy. FYI the customer service response was super easy and timely. Even when there where issues with the site they stepped in to help us make the purchase.

I haven't tried out the RideSafer vests yes, but if you are looking to order these or anything else from Safe Ride 4 Kids, you cannot go wrong. I made a mistake planning ahead and Amie (one of the owners) jumped right in and made sure my orders were shipped in time to have the best chance of being delivered on time. She was even looking for the best ways to save me money on the shipping in addition to making sure my order was shipped out ASAP. Both orders have been delivered, and I'm breathing easy.
