A month ago, I ordered a lamp for my sister's birthday. I found no place on the order form to put her address. I wrote and very kindly, the address was changed to hers in Trurow, MA. I received a lamp also. I have tried several times to start return, as I did not pay for 2 lamps.

I reached out to customer service. They were very responsive and helpful, shipped at no cost to me an another set of 2. I look forward to more purchases.
