I love shopping on your site! There is such a wonderful selection to choose from and the customer service is top notch.

fast, efficient, professional, fast, service, and shipping and excellent delivery

The trash can was damaged.

Fast shipping but one of my packages was sent to wrong address. Customer service was great and Immediately replaced.

Horrible communication. Sent damaged goods. No call tag.

So great to communicate with a real person

Everything went quite smoothly

My entire experience with Sabavi has been OUTSTANDING! Even the associates who had to deal with a return (Hank) and a problem (Eliaza) were amazing . . . PLEASE keep doing what you're doing! A "customer for life" - Lynn Conto

Excellent

Customer service with this company was outstanding. I had concern about my order being delivered to a different address. They responded immediately and followed up consistently. Extremely courteous and professional. My order arrived on time and was beautiful. It exceeded all expectations. We would definitely order from Savavi again. CJ

Great service

Love my SMEG mixer great price and fast shipping, thank you

I will admit that I was leery of trying a new website and even Googled it to make sure it was legitimate. Everything came up clean and I placed my order. The quality of the items was just excellent. I ordered some choices based on their stated refund policy, knowing I would keep some and return some, and the return went so smoothly and quickly. I would absolutely order from them again.

Great stuff I usually can’t find in stores

Pretty good service. Delivery could be faster

We put one of the new bowls in the dishwasher -- in the top tray -- the box said they were dishwasher safe -- but the bowl's finish cracked while in the dishwasher. We are now hand washing them.

My product was received on time and as promised; excellent service.

Excellent service; thank you.

Interesting products at relatively competitive prices. More French themed tableware and home decor and furnishing offerings would be appreciated.
