Order and communication were okay, but delivery was a concern; however, it arrived within the time window. The two guys were challenged moving the mattress upstairs.

We are very happy with
We are very happy with our new Saatva Classic Luxury Firm mattress. I have chronic back pain and tried 3 other mattresses (Sealy Posturepedic and Winkbed) before this one. The Sealy mattresses were overall uncomfortable and didn't relax the shoulder pressure points. The Winkbed was comfortable, but just didn't have enough lumber support and caused back pain in the middle of the night. This mattress is just right. . . . very comfortable, good back support, and much better bounce than other hybrid mattresses the just have several inches of various foams on top of large base coils. Its clearly a higher quality mattress than most. . . . highly recommended.

The products were shipped and delivered at the earlier end of the window given at order placement. The set up crew (DJ and partner) were quick and efficient. I will definitely keep Saatva on my list for the two other bedrooms I am looking to upgrade bedding in.
