Manager of returns not customer friendly I was a new customer, ordered EXPENSIVE BOOTS THAT WERE DAMAGED FROM YOUR TONY LAMA WAREHOUSE. UPON RECEIVING, CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER HOURS, NEXT DAY I HAD TO CONTACT AGAIN, SORRY, BUT CAVENDER, BOOT BARN, SHEPLERS, LUCHESSE VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY FINALLY, I HAD TO ASK FOR A ADDITIONAL 6. 50 for packing from ups, because the shipment I received from the vendor was in plastic, unacceptable from ups. In addition when I asked for the credit, I was told it had to be 90shipped back to vendor, not RUSSELLS, AGAIN, NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS PROCESS, I TOLD CUSTOMER MANAGER I BOUGHT THESE BOOTS FROM RUSSELLS, NOT THE VENDOR! Finally, after all that, I got my credit back , SORRY BUT YOU SERIOUSLY NEED TO INVESTIGATE YOUR PROCEDURES

Boots didn’t work out which was disappointing but the customer service was fantastic.
