First, I would like to say that the boots I purchased are some of the prettiest boots I've bought. I bought them as a gift for someone and he loves them. They are "ready to go" right out of the box. No breaking in needed. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience, from the ordering, to the payment, and then the shipping was also excellent. I rec'd wonderful customer service over the phone, was given a senior discount. the website is easy to follow. there were no hitches in the purchase, everything went as planned and expected. Will definitely purchase more from this store. Thank you.

Our Granddaughter is a "Horse Gal"! So we love your Gift Cards. . . Thank You!!

Easy to order through the website, delivery within 5 business days, and a local store if I have any issues. Couldn't ask for more.

Love the Tony Lama Boots fit my fert perfectly

Great all the way around! They actually carry 4E wide work boots!!!

Amazing find. And great inventory

Done wrote one review on the other page but it brought me to another area. The boots look good it was the last pair on the shelf. But you need to look at your review page so people don't have to write two reviews. . .

Great service. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Amazing

Great service and excellent respond time and delivery time

The website was user friendly and the boots were sent on a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the boots were too small.

Ordering was simple. Russells's communicated with me over a small issue they picked up on. They sent photos and gave me options. Excellent customer service. Shipping was timely. I would order from them again.
